We need to ensure the Democratic Party continues to grow its reach by improving external and internal processes on the county and state levels.  Sharonda is a voter registration trainer and a process improvement professional. 

 

TRANSPARENCY
All policies, procedures, and practices should be equitable and be made available in various formats. Sharonda is a transformational leader and barrier breaker. She holds herself and others accountable and is not scared to answer or ask tough questions.

 

ACCESSIBILITY

We need leaders who are able to be accessible and respond to inquiries in a timely fashion. Sharonda is just a call, text, email, or meeting away from her party and constituents.

READINESS

We need leaders who are ready to lead on Day One. Sharonda is built to lead!
